8 / 8th Solo Album
Releases on January 29, 2023. Shu's 8th album contains 8 songs, you can call it "Hachi" (Japanese) or "Eight” or whatever means “8” in your language. The album cover is Japanese kanji character for eight (also Shu's hometown - Nagoya’s city symbol!) and it is red in honor of his Kanreki year. Shu played all instruments on all 8 original songs (with Japanese lyrics)- except #4 - Kokoronomama (special guest: Mr. Glenn Spivack on Pedal Steel - Thank you Glenn for your excellent wok!).
